All shipping charges are FREE with no minimum order amount to the continental 48 states. Orders will be shipped within 1 - 3 business days after order is placed.

Does SD Safety Shoes ship to international addresses?
SD Safety Shoes has partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in our Shopping Cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. Your items will be transferred to International Checkout for processing. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal. International Checkout will process your order, including billing, shipping and customer service. Once your order is completed, all inquiries should be directed to International Checkout at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order has been received, we will update you within 3-4 business days of the initial order with the most current shipping information. Business days do not include Saturday or Sunday. If your order contained Keen or Skechers brand shoes, you will be notified in 7-14 days. Once you receive the emailed copy of your sales receipt, please double check your personal information for accuracy. SD Safety Shoes is not responsible for any address errors.
Most orders ship Fed-Ex or UPS. Orders shipped to Hawaii and Alaska will ship through USPS and will arrive in 7-14 business days. All international shipping inquiries should be direct to International Checkout at email@example.com. SD Safety Shoes does not ship to PO Boxes.

What is SD Safety Shoes' return policy?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, SD Safety Shoes will accept returns and exchanges within 90 days from the date of purchase, in its original condition. Any applicable shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Merchandise refunds will only be made in the original form of payment.
How do I make a return or exchange?

When will I be credited for my return?
Please note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to their customer's accounts. You will receive a copy of your refund receipt via email for your records. Once you have received your refund receipt please contact your financial institution with any further questions. A warranty is a guarantee from the manufacturer that the product you have received will be free of manufacturer defects in workmanship and materials. It will cover your product if anything happens that is abnormal or at the fault of the manufacturer. It DOES NOT cover any normal wear and tear, abuse or damage. The following are some examples of what the footwear manufacturer will not warranty.

- Worn stitching, burned stitching, cut stitching, etc.
- Worn soles from use
- Failed glue due to high heat, abuse and harsh chemicals
- Samples or promotional products
- Products with labels removed
