The composite toe meets or exceeds the ASTM Standards for compression and impact testing, but is lighter than a conventional steel toe and provides reduced cold temperature transfer. Comfort is also provided by the Pillow Cushion™, which is a thick layer of memory foam that wraps the foot in comfort. Combined with existing insole systems, it offers the ultimate in cushioned comfort. Also includes the AG7 Footbed, which is a supreme quality polyurethane comfort system with enhanced arch support and patented moisture management system built right in! Constructed with abrasion-resistant coated leather and is resistant to electrical hazards, capable of withstanding applications of 14,400 volts at 60hz for one minute without leakage. Cement construction gives this boot superior flexibility and makes it feel more like an athletic shoe than a met guard boot. Also contains a steel shank and an oil/slip resistant outsole for safety and performance. Copper crazy horse leather upper.
